1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You may only hold one active account on the ph22w platform. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts involved, along with forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts.

10. Intellectual Property

12. Suspension & Termination

ph22w reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the account holder.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to raise a complaint directly with PAGCOR at any time.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ph22w reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the ph22w platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
